30-day full refund policy

Full refund requested within 30 days of purchase; no requirement to prove a financial result.

Email hello@moneyyoureowed.com within 30 days of purchase. Include “WashDeal refund”, your checkout email and receipt reference so the payment can be located. Do not send card details, bills, bank records or identifying deal documents. An explanation of a financial result is not required.

Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
